Jodi is a dedicated Breathwork Journey practitioner and facilitator, specializing in Conscious Connected Breathwork, which she studied with Tai Hubert. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she guides individuals through transformative breathwork experiences that promote healing, self-discovery, and emotional release.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, rhythmic breathing technique that uses a continuous, intentional inhale and exhale — with no pauses in between — to activate deep emotional release, clarity, and nervous system reset.

In a breathwork journey, participants lie down, close their eyes, and are guided through this breathing pattern, often supported by music and gentle verbal cues. Over time, the breath creates a shift in awareness, allowing the body and mind to process stuck emotions, release stress, and access states of deep insight or calm

Through her compassionate and intuitive facilitation, creates a safe space for clients to explore their breath as a tool for transformation, healing, and empowerment. In addition to being a breathwork facilitator, Jodi is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Reiki Practitioner.

HOW THE TECHNIQUE WORKS

Conscious Connected Breathing is one of the most profound offerings and practices I have ever experienced.

By changing our breathing pattern just slightly, we enter into non-ordinary states of consciouness. Conscious-Connected Breathing is a very simple breathing pattern done while you rest in a savasana-type position.  Many compare their experiences with Conscious Connected Breathing to their experiences with plant-based medicines. The breath gently over-oxygenates the body, calming the thinking mind and allowing the subconscious to surface. It can feel like a journey inward, where emotions, sensations, and insights arise organically — all held in a safe, supported space. During these states, we can access intuition, insight, and parts of ourselves that desire healing. During this offering you will be supported physically and energetically.
